We
use a combination of courier deliveries from Royal Mail, Collect+ (sent
through the Yodel/DHL network) or CityLink, depending on the weight or size of
the item. We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days.
For small items weighing under
1kg we use Royal Mail first class. Typically these items take 2-3 days to arrive
through the Royal Mail Signed for Service. Items sent through this service can
be tracked at: http://track2.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track
For items weighing between 1kg to
5kg with use the Collect+ Service. This is a 2-4 day courier service through the
Yodel (formally DHL) network. Items sent through this service can be tracked at:
https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new.
Although if you require your item faster you can upgrade (when paying with
PayPal) to a CityLink 24hour service
For items weighing over 5kg or
costing more than £35 we use CityLink 1-2 day service (excluding Northern Ireland
and Scottish islands for which we use Yodel 48hour). These items are sent
through the CityLink network. Items sent through this service can be tracked at:

Due to insurance liability purposes,
we do not allow buyers to arrange there own courier collections under any
curcumstances
