By Bidding or Buying any of our items, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. This does not effect your statutory rights
Before Bidding or Buying
  • Please read the description fully and make sure that you understand what you are buying or bidding on.
  • If you are unsure of anything or need clarification on any item please email us before bidding
  • Please note that all sales are final, and you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions
Communication 
  • Overstock-Solutions welcomes any question about our items or service
  • Please ask any questions on items through the eBay messaging system
  • Ensure the eBay item number is included with all questions about specific items
  • Our staff have no personal knowledge of items or the items history and will be unable to answer such questions
  • We are a business and expect our staff to be treated with respect (as they will always treat you)
  • Overstock-Solutions operates a Zero tolerance to abuse
  • Any abusive or rude messages will be forwarded to eBay's trust and safety department and/or the authorities.
  • We reserve the right to add any member sending an abusive or rude message to our block buying list.

Bidding or Buying 
  • Make sure that you have enough money to cover the purchase price and any delivery charge
  • We do not under any circumstances enter into negotiations over the price or delivery charge after the end of the auction.
  • Items listed as "Personal Collection" must be paid for on collection, by the eBay member in person (no courier collections)
  • Faulty or damaged items are sold as described, without warranty given or implied, and are for parts or scrap only.
  • All items must be paid for in full, no later than 4 days after the end of the auction / sale
  • We reserve the right to automatically open an eBay unpaid item case after 4 days of non payment
Payment 
  • We only accept the following forms of Payment: PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Collection
  • All PayPal payments must include the specified delivery charge
  • Items being collected must be paid for by Cash on the day, or Bank Transfer at least 24 hours prior to collecting 
  • No PayPal payments are accepted for Collection items
Collection 
  • All items must be collected within 4 days of the sale date
  • We do not under any circumstances enter into negotiations over the price of the item at collection
  • You must inform us you wish to collect, through the eBay messaging system and supply a phone number 
  • Items marked as "Personal Collection Only " must be collected in person by the winning eBay member (id may be required)
  • Items collected must either be paid for by Cash on the day, or by Bank Transfer at least 24 hours prior to collecting. 
  • No PayPal payments are accepted for collection items
  • Items are available for collection at a mutually agreeable day and time only.
  • An appointment must be booked for collection. Cold callers will be turned away
  • All items must be examined on collection. no claims of damage will be entertained after collection.
  • No third party courier collections will be allowed under any circumstances.
  • Any items uncollected after 4 days will carry a storage charge of £5 per day.
  • We reserve the right to automatically open an eBay unpaid item case if the item remains uncollected for more than 4 days
Delivery
  • We only use the couriers specified in the delivery section at the price advertised
  • We do not under any circumstances enter into negotiations over the delivery charge.
  • All deliveries are booked for by ourselves.
  • The time scale required for delivery is determined by the buyer at the point of payment.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • If card left, it is the buyers responsibility to rebook delivery with the Courier using the phone and tracking number provided.
  • Any items returned to us after a second failed delivery attempt, will incur a further postage charge.
  • Any claims of courier damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery
Description
  • It is the buyers responsibility to fully read the description before bidding or buying.
  • All sales are final and you agree to be bound by our Terms and conditions 
  • Items are described accurately as we see and test them on a 2 hour test
  • We have no personal knowledge of any items, and / or intermittent faults
  • All items we described as faulty or damaged carry no warranty given or implied, and are for parts or scrap only.
  • Any item bought for parts only will be considered a business to business transaction, outside the distance selling regulations
  • Items are supplied with the accessories listed in the description only, no other items will be supplied.
  • Any specifications listed are for reference only and should be checked for accuracy, before purchasing or bidding.
  • Where a stock image is used, this is for reference only and should in no way be taken as the actual item 
  • We are unable to test faulty items and can only describe there physical appearance.
  • We have no knowledge of repair work previously undertaken on faulty items
Returns
  • We do not under any circumstances accept returns for whatever reason on items previously listed as faulty or damaged
  • Items listed as fully Working or New can be returned to us within 14 days, to our nominated returns address only
  • This refund policy shall be limited to the purchase price of the item, excluding any postage paid
  • You must inform us with 14 days, that you wish to return your item, and obtain our nominated returns address
  • It is the buyers responsibility to insure returned items are sent by an online trackable method.
  • Overstock Solutions are not responsible for any items lost in transit or undelivered to us
  • it is the buyers responsibility to pay carriage for any returned items
  • If at our discretion we arrange collection of your item, it's your responsibility to ensure the item is available for collection.
  • if the item is unavailable for collection on the nominated date, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of the failed collection
Warranty
  • All items listed as fully working or new, carry a 90 day return to base warranty
  • This warranty or refund policy shall be limited to the purchase price of the item, excluding any postage paid
  • It is the buyers responsibility to insure returned items are sent by an online trackable method.
  • You must inform us within 90 days of purchase any fault, no claims will be entertained after that date.
  • Items must be returned to our nominated returns address only.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the carriage of any faulty item
  • If at our discretion we arrange collection of your item, it's your responsibility to ensure the item is available for collection.
  • If the item is unavailable for collection on the nominated date, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of the failed collection
  • Items listed as faulty, damaged or partly working, carry no warranty whatsoever given or implied, and are for parts only.
  • Any item which develops a fault will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion
  • Any refund, other than covered by our returns policy, will be less the original postage paid
  • We reserve the right to replace with an equivalent Make/Model of equal or great specification.
  • Any items returned as faulty and subsequently found to be in full working order will only be returned at buyers expense.
  • faults as a result of misuse, or mishandling will not be covered under any warranty.

At OverStock Solutions we believe that customer service should be our top priority and believe that it is the sign of a truly good seller
We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy if you are not entirely happy, with the product or service (Excludes items listed as Faulty or Damaged - These items are sold without return)
items come with a 3 month, return to base, warranty for added piece of mind should the unforeseen happen, you know that you have the added protection. (Excludes items listed as Faulty or damaged - These items are sold as described without any warranty whatsoever)
